Welted Rug Loom Knitting Pattern
Super bulky yarn is used to make this handsome rug. It has a super-squishy feel underfoot, a welted stitch with handsome raised line-stitch detail. The rug can be used as an accent rug, bathmat, or doormat. Easy enough for a beginner and it can be made in any fiber. This rug will fit into any home!
Level: Beginner. Skills used e-wrap knit, chain one bind off/cast on, purl, u-knit. There is a photo tutorial for how to make the raised knit stitches and video links to skills used in this pattern. The pattern itself is NOT videotaped.
Finished Measurements: 18”/45.7 cm wide. Doormats 31”/78.7 cm - length. Bathmats 25”/63.5 - length.
Gauge: 8 sts and 18 rows = 4 inches in pattern stitch.
